CatSpan Ferals Registered Charity (CFRC) is a non-profit, registered Canadian charity. For 30 years, CFRC has cared for thousands of abandoned, stray, and feral cats in the Oceanside community on Vancouver Island. We are strictly volunteer-based and rely solely on donations and fundraising events. 100% of all proceeds go directly towards feline care. CatSpan's initiatives include:
- Responding to concerns about abandoned, stray, and feral cats and assisting as needed.
- Organizing adoptions for cats who are ready for life with loving humans.
- Providing vet care for all of our felines, from basic spay/neuter and vaccines, to urgent rescue cases in need of life-saving treatment.
- Educating the community about cats in need and other important feline topics.

Bosley's (Island Highway location) is graciously doing a donation drive for our foster kitties. The kitties are so flattered to be asked for their wish lists!
Please come into the store, or call the store, to brighten the day for a fuzzy Valentine. 💝 Each cat has their own printed wish list cards that you can pick from. It's a great opportunity to support a local business, as well as CatSpan's current cats! The cats are thrilled to receive these gifts - and so are their foster families! Our foster volunteers love to introduce the cats to fun, new toys, and offer the kitties their favourite food and treats. Thank you for your support. We are grateful for these little moments of joy in the world of cat rescue! ✨ These Wish List fundraisers run throughout the year at Bosley’s Island Highway location, with updated themes to match the time of year and new wish lists of our current cats in care. |

Coastal City Animal Hospital is located at #105-1849 Dufferin Cr. They accept donations of cash, food, litter (plant-based please), toys, and other supplies for CatSpan's cats in need!

Bosley's (North Nanaimo) is located at 6894 Island Highway. They accept donations of cash, food, litter (plant-based please), toys, and other supplies for CatSpan's rescued kitties, as well as hosting some of our cats for adoption.
